Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase & you find that you need to return or exchange an item, you must contact to get a Return Authorization Number & return address via email. Please enclose a copy of your sales receipt along with a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of receiving your order & must be returned in the original packaging. When returning an item, PLEASE be sure to send using the shipper’s delivery confirmation services so your package will be traceable, and will serve as evidence of mailing. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost by the US postal service, UPS or any other shipping company.

No item that is worn, damaged, soiled, altered can be accepted for refund or exchange & and will be shipped back to you. Products must be in perfect condition with original invoice included. thongs, g-strings, bikinis, belly rings, body jewelry and other intimately worn apparel are not returnable. Adult novelty items of a sensual nature may not be returned if the package has been opened unless the item was delivered in a non working condition. We will accept hosiery returns on unopened packages only. No Return Authorization numbers will be provided (no exceptions) for custom-made items.

If you desire to cancel an order, after you finalized the order on our web page, we will issue a store credit in form of a coupon code.

For specific occasions, any item associated with that occasion must be postmarked prior to the following dates or refunds will not be permitted. These items may be exchanged for size only as long as all other terms & conditions listed within this policy are followed:

Valentines Day: February 14th
Halloween: October 15th
Christmas: December 25th

Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for your credit/exchange/refund to be processed. Your bank might need more time to show a credit on your account. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
